Return Policy

All sales are final. However, it is very important to us to offer a product that is of the highest quality. Each fable studio piece is handcrafted with care and inspected before shipping. But if you receive a product containing a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product to request a return. If your reason for return is accepted, the product may be sent back to fable studio and a refund for store credit will be issued, less shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for missing packages.
