Winnipeg-based Andrea Kell uses her love of story-telling to create a sense of imagination in each handwoven piece she creates for the home.

Through fable studio she weaves one-of-a-kind decorative pieces using a unique blend of colours and textures, in a mix of materials. She is inspired by the belief that everything should tell a story, and aims to infuse this quality into everything she makes. As the name fable suggests, each piece strives to evoke a sense of landscape, tension, character, history and emotion.

She believes in the value of hand-crafted pieces – pieces that are personal and timeless, designed and made with care.
